The Rupununi Savannahs, a splendid, 5000 square miles territory of natural grasslands, swamplands and rainforest covered mountains, is located between the Rupununi River and the border with Venezuela and Brazil. The territory provides many great ecotourist destinations as well as beautiful scenery. The Rupununi Savannahs is located in Region 9 of Guyana, South America.
