Just hours after Minister of Foreign Affairs and Attorney General, Basil Williams, came on air to say that the results of the ongoing recount cannot be used to make a declaration of the winner and that the previous March 4 declaration is still, valid, one of his party members, Mr. Roysdale Forde, offered a starkly different opinion.
